I don’t do phone calls. I’m sorry, but there just isn’t enough time in the day. Let me explain. The printing industry is going through difficult times, and many of you need more sales. I’m trying to do my best to make a difference, but there is much to do.

I cannot work more than 60 hours a week without sacrificing my family in some way. Thus, my days are very measured, because when I maintain my focus I can help many. I would love to talk to all of you who call, but I simply cannot. I hope you understand that my motives are not selfish or exclusionary; rather, they are directed toward a greater good.

Poet Robert Frost said it best, and his words speak to me: “The woods are lovely, dark and deep, but I have promises to keep, and miles to go before I sleep… and miles to go before I sleep.”
